Today's workforce is comprised of employees separated by four, even five, distinct generational perspectives. 

In this four-hour session, participants will gain insight into the complexities of their workforce, learn about Generations X and Y, and understand what makes the workplace tick.

This program is designed to assist current leaders in better understanding generational wants, needs, and expectations; the impact of their personal leadership styles; and how the entire organization benefits with everyone working together.
