The Spring Brown Bag lunch concert series resumes Friday, March 26 and runs each Friday through May 7, 2010 with the exception of Good Friday. Each concert will be held at Heritage Plaza, at the corner of Green and Methvin Streets in downtown Longview.

A new feature to Brown Bag lunch concert series will be the addition of the Downtown Market. The Downtown Market will be in the bank drive thru lanes south of Heritage Plaza. This new initiative comes from the Main Street Promotions Committee. The job of the Promotions Committee is to promote downtown as the center of commerce, culture, and community life for residents and visitors alike. The idea is to add to the current event helping make Downtown – The Place To Be. Select vendors offering local products, fresh fruits, flowers and plants will give our guests in downtown a chance to make purchases from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
