Investment Schedule

Membership in the Longview Partnership Chamber of Commerce is based upon an annual billing structure.  Semi-annual and quarterly investment schedules can be arranged; however, the account will require an automated bank draft or credit card charge (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) to ensure timeliness in payment.   Additionally, an initial $25 processing fee is required for all new membership accounts.

Basic Dues Structure

1 to 4 employees ($267)

50 to 99 employees ($638)

5 to 9 employees ($303)

100 to 249 employees ($797)

10 to 19 employees ($384)

250 to 299 employees ($956)

20 to 49 employees ($426)

500+ employees ($1062)

(When calculating number of employees, each part-time employee = 1/2 employee.)


Specialized Dues Structure

Apartments and Manufactured Home Sites
$267 base plus $1 per unit

Financial Institutions
$267 base plus $15 per million dollars of deposits, as of Dec 31 of the previous year

Hospitals
$267 base plus $3 per bed

Hotels, B&Bs and Resorts
$267 base plus $1 per room

Licensed and Professional Services
$267 base* plus $110 per in-office professional (Physicians, Accountants, Attorneys, Realtors, Insurance Agents, and Financial Planners)
*Base includes two in-office professionals.  Add $110 per in-office professional beyond two.

Nonprofit Associations, 501(c)3 Designation

$267 base plus $1 per seat

Shopping Centers and Malls
$267 base plus $1 per 1,000 square feet
