The Longivew Partnership is taking nominations until Monday, February 22 for:

"Any individual, institution, professional, student, volunteer or program, who, through individual or collective actions, has made an extraordinary impact in the Gregg County healthcare community."

Categories Include:

• Healthcare Professional- physician, dentist, healthcare administrator, department head, allied health professional, mental health professional, hospice care professional
• Volunteer- Board member or healthcare volunteer
• Lifetime Achievement Award- The Lifetime Achievement Award is designed to honor an individual, who, over his/her lifetime, has made a significant impact or changed history in the healthcare industry in Gregg County.
