Longview Chamber of Commerce Hosts Candidate Forum

The Longview City Council District 6 election is coming up fast!   Hear Straight from the Candidates at the Longview Chamber of Commerce Candidate Forum on April 9, 2019.

Early voting for the special election starts Monday, April 22, 2019, and Election Day is Saturday, May 4, 2019.  The Candidate Forum provides the opportunity for voters to learn about the candidates’ positions on critical issues in order to make an informed decision upon entering the booth to cast their votes!

The Longview Chamber of Commerce is partnering with The Longview News-Journal to host this event on April 9, 2019, beginning at 6 p.m., at the Chamber office at 410 North Center Street, Longview, Texas  75601.  Longview and Kilgore Cable TV will be filming the forum and will broadcast to their subscribers on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., as "Longview Chamber Candidate Forum."  Set your DVR!  For more information contact Suzanne Brown, sbrown@longviewtx.com, 903.237.4003.  This forum is open to the public.
